I love to knit!! Below are some projects I've completed (that I've remembered to take a photo of!). Right now, my mom and I are working on a few knitted items for charity. She is the one who taught me how to knit.. We have an afghan for Warm Up America well underway, as well as a prayer shawl.

This is a knitted purse that converts into a baby cradle. The pattern makes the doll without hair (what fun is that??) and no clothes. So I had to make those up! I used Debbie Bliss brand yarn because it's a washable, soft wool and it comes in beautiful, sweet colors. The pattern was purchased from the Knitting Vault.

I love knitting baby sweatera! This pattern was from Debbie Bliss' book called Baby Cashmerino. The patterns in the book are intended for that yarn. Although instead, I chose Cathay yarn because I wanted this color. It knit up extremely well. This was a very complex pattern, and seemed to take forever! But it was worth it. Luckily the pattern has so much "give" in it that it's been able to grow with her over many seasons!
