This mural was done in a lobby hallway of a Pediatrician's office. It is seen as children (and teens!) are led to the exam rooms, from the lobby, by the staff. Its purpose is to evoke a calm feeling and to aleviate anxiety in these young patients as they enter what is sometimes a "scary" environment for children.

The staff wanted the mural to depict several age and ethnic groups, along with a wide variety of activities, since the office serves a broad audience. Another added bonus of the mural is that it keeps patients and families visually occupied while having to wait to be seen by the physician.
