This was done as part of a kitchen remodel project. The colors were chosen purposefully to coordinate with the furniture on the other side of the sliding glass doors leading to the sunroom. I was asked in this case to assist in selecting a wall color to best enhance the hand-painted decorative border. I am often asked to help with wall paint color choices, and in some cases have even created custom colors to match a mural.
