This was truly a unique design. It varies from a realistic faux wine cellar entrance painted to look like carved plaster, to a whimsical collage of carefully selected treasures which are meaningful to this family. The colorful collage winds around the classicly "carved" plaster facade. The backsplash behind the range top also lends a classic European feel to this modern state-of-the-art kitchen.
