This is a wine room, featuring a faux finish wall treatment and a traditional stone arch inset mural, with a lake and grape theme. I painted everything behind the wine glass and bottle that are sitting on top of the half-barrel. The homeowner worked with the builder to incorporate the half barrel and
custom-built shelves and racks. I painted the walls and ceiling by hand, using a brush and four
different colors.
I call the door the "ultimate recycling project"! Originally, the door was used as the exterior door leading to the patio. It is a metal door, that I painted to look like wood. The photos are not great, but in person you have to look close. It really does look and feel like a wooden door! I also created a custom window etching on the front of the glass to coordinate with the mural.
The custom quote is hand-painted with the use of a stencil from Words2Paint.com. Call or email me for details on how I can help you paint this in your home or office!
